My decision to run for office comes down to a deep love for Gresham and a passion to serve the people who call it home. This city has incredible potential, and I am stepping forward to build upon the strong foundation laid by those who served before me, while bringing a clear vision for our future. My platform centers on three core commitments: Creating Positive, Lasting Impact: Serving with purpose to strengthen our community, listen to residents, and deliver real results across every neighborhood. Tackling Poverty & Improving Lives: Taking direct action to reduce poverty, create opportunities, and enhance the quality of life for all residents of Gresham. A Vision for Excellence: Working tirelessly to elevate Gresham into a top-10 most livable city—a safe, vibrant, and prosperous place to live, work, and raise a family. I am running because Gresham deserves dedicated leadership that honors its past while actively building a brighter, more inclusive future for everyone.
When it comes to our community, nothing is more important than ensuring you and your family feel safe in your home and your neighborhood. That is why one of my top priorities is expanding our public safety. If elected, I will focus on continuing to invest in our dedicated police officers and firefighters. We need to make sure our first responders have the support they need to maintain fast response times when seconds count. Every single neighborhood deserves to be secure, and I am committed to making sure our local heroes have the resources to keep us all safe. When I look at the future of our community, I see our young people. They are our greatest asset, and investing in them is one of my absolute top priorities. That is why I am fully committed to growing vital programs like EMOPI. We need to ensure our youth have clear, accessible pathways to mentorship, real opportunities, and long-term success. By expanding these supportive networks, we can guide the next generation and give them the tools they need to thrive right here at home. I believe that when we lift up our young people, we strengthen our entire community. Together, we can build a brighter, more supportive future for every single one of them.

For me, this means expanding compassionate, accountability-focused solutions that truly work. I will work to connect those in need with shelter and vital mental health care, ensuring people get the real support they deserve. At the same time, I am committed to keeping our public spaces clean, safe, and accessible for everyone in our community. We do not have to choose between compassion and safety—we can, and we must, achieve both. That is why I am committed to attracting diverse, high-paying industries directly to our area.
